RESERVATION
Reservation can be made through the concierge at your respective hotel or call direct to our office.

PAYMENT
Full payment has to be made upon reservation or confirmation of the tour.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel the booking once it has been confirmed, a cancellation charge will be imposed accordingly:-

• More than 24 hours - 50% of the tour fare
• Less than 24 hours - No refund

CHILD FARE
Children between 3-11 years old will be charge as per stipulated tour price.

TRANSPORTATION
All tours are conducted either in air-conditioned coach, micro van or car depending on the number of the person.

PICK-UP SERVICE
Complimentary pick-up service will be provided from any major hotels in Kuala Lumpur and please wait at the hotel lobby based on Pick-Up time given. Hotels outside Kuala Lumpur will be charge a transportation fees based on location.

BADGES
Please wear your tour bagge during pick-up time and the entire of the tour for easy identification.

INSURANCE
Passengers are highly recommended to purchase travel insurance on your own to protect your plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are not responsible for any articles lost by passengers while on tour. The organizer reserve the right to cancel or change any stops if circumstances arise beyond thier control.
